SLIMZ provides services via telehealth to patients in states where our providers are licensed. Licensed in New Jersey & Florida · New York coming soon. Services are subject to clinical eligibility determined during your consultation.

Appointments are booked through our scheduling partner. Fees, plans, and payment terms are presented at the time of booking. Membership and treatment plans may renew as described at checkout; you may cancel in accordance with the plan terms.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or misuse any content.
